Be very careful with wasting your time with this auction house I had Tommy Walker at my house looking at what I had he himself told me to bring my stuff to them and they could sell everything for me after getting everything loaded and driving 1 hour to there location i was asked by the ladles there wanted me to unload everything so they could examine everything and I was then told they will only take what is pretty much in excellent condition.
Myself I wouldn't waste my time ever again with walker auction..

Reading the reviews and having just sold a full truck load of stuff for pennies on the dollar, I have no doubt this is a great auction for buyers, not for sellers. As a matter of fact, the next week it was all over town about what "great deals" buyers got on our things. We never received an itemized list of our belongings or what it was sold for. As well, I was told the check would be mailed promptly the Monday after the auction. We were moving from Arkansas to Kansas and I told both the men who picked up our stuff (although Tim said he would be present, he was not) and Tim in texts that we were really between addresses. We were already having our mail forwarded to Kansas, so had no choice but to give him our Kansas address, but made it clear we wouldn't be there until the following week. At no time did Tim tell us he would be sending the check certified, requiring our signature. As a result, the substitute mail person in Kansas on duty the day the check arrived, knew our house had been vacant for some time, and sent it back as undeliverable. We learned of this from the regular mail person when we arrived a few days later. Tim claimed the check never came back to him and after many texts back and forth in the interim, 3 weeks later I told him he has a check floating out there he didn't and we didn't have. He reissued the check - less the 30 percent fee - but then cut our already embarrassingly low share by his $20 bank fee.

If I could give a zero I would, but unfortunately the rating doesn’t go that low. I would encourage you to look elsewhere if you are looking for an auctioneer to sell your precious family items for an estate sale. They sold items they shouldn’t have and left the house trashed. We never got the items back even after trying to contact them, they got their money and ran. They sell by the room not by the item. They also left the house after the auction and just wrote down the code so anyone and everyone could come into our family home at any time. No respect at all. Will never recommend to anyone.

We went to their Friday night auction and did win a dinning set that was beautiful. The place has stuff all over and everything is auctioned by the end of the evening! You can find everything from tools, toys, microwave ovens to furniture. They open before the auction so you can go inside and look over the items going up for auction that night. You can get some great deals if you are patience and have a few dollars. You must be prepared to move your winning out fast. They are open Saturday morning for folks to get large pieces out. Enjoy

Not what I was expecting. Pretty crowded. Lots of large lots fo sale lot(317) two beds two desks four chairs and a table.book cases.endtables etc. Isles for walking about 18 inches wide noticed some stuff still there from the last time I went about four months ago.
If this is some thing you do on a regular basis then I've heard Tommie Walker's is a good one. As for me I'll stick to ebay.or Amazon.

Great place for a bargain! Kinda old and run down, but the food isn't bad and you can't beat the prices. Friday is general merchandise and Tuesday they have autos up on the block. The only guarantee is you will get a bargain!
