Quick, easy, and very friendly experience renting a 15’ truck. Truck was clean and functioned well, but could have used new windshield wipers and the radio did not work at all (we had to drive for five hours, oof).
Saved a lot of time registering on the app first, so I recommend that. Another thing is on the app I pre-registered for a furniture dolly, which the location did not have prepared for me for my visit a few days later. Instead they asked if I would like to buy expensive equipment from them. Wasn’t too much of an incovenience for me (and they took off the dolly charge), but should be noted.
I’d come back here again for my Uhaul needs!

I've never had a bad experience with renting with uhaul but this Ms manager didn't care to do her job at at The day I rented to it was raining pretty bad The manager gave a a truck with a pad lock couldn't use the truck at all roadside assistance had to remove it bout time they reached me at was 9pm. No dolly on the truck had to pick it up the next day. My move took forever to get because of this. And also no gas in truck it was on E 30 miles till empty

I have always had a great experience renting from the location at 6300 Colonel Glenn Road. With the amount of rentals I have been doing, I have noticed that the GMC Van gets better gas mileage than the Ford Vans. But both are always well maintained!

the guy that helped me for both getting the 15 foot truck and returning it, the person went above and beyond on my first U-Haul rental experience. I will use that location from now on. The guy was helping out a new employe on how to do there job went in detail over the phone and the new employe was able to complete the taste with no added questions.

This is specifically for the young man working the Col Glen location on Sunday 01/14/24. You are a saint and deserve hazzard pay for dealling with all us idiots that waited til the last minute to get our propane tanks filled. You were awesome and so paitient. While other locations were claiming equipment failure or that they were suddenly out, you stuck it out in the freezing cold and saved our butts from freezing this week. I will definitely be making the drive to do buisness there from now on and recommend y'all to everyone
