Sharon is a fantastic agent to work with. My wife and I decided to sell 2 investment properties, utilize a 1031 exchange and purchase one bigger home. The rules of a 1031 are very date specific so selling 2 properties and identifying a 3rd to buy in a short period of time is a large task. Add in that one of the properties needed a lot of work to make it ready to sell and this tasks becomes even more difficult. Sharon had an extensive list of great contractors to work with and we were able to complete the large amount of work in just 3 weeks and get the property on the market. While the work was being done we were able to find another property to purchase that checked all our boxes. She is a very tough negotiator and she works tirelessly for her clients. Once under contract she ensures that both sides are meeting their requirements and hitting all agreed upon dates. This is very important as many feel it’s ok to be a day or two late on some items but this can push back closing dates which is unacceptable. Closing quickly is always better than missing dates. We successfully sold 2 properties and closed on a purchase all within 40 days. Sharon communicated with us almost daily throughout this crazy time and we could not have done this without her.

I’m not sure how I was lucky enough to have connected with Sharon Baker .. but I thank the good Lord above that we did. Sharon came to the rescue when we were cleaning out my relatives condo. He was a hoarder and the property was in terrible condition. He had been moved to a nursing home and wasn’t able to return. Sharon hooked me up with a dumpster company and a couple of men to help load it. She had the condo cleaned, painted, new flooring and plumbing work done and had people working for her that agreed to wait until closing for payment. She did a wonderful job staging it and getting it sold. I am so thankful for her throughout the process as I moved to North Carolina from Virginia where the condo was located. She basically just took charge and kept me informed throughout the whole process. If you find yourself in a situation that I found myself in, Sharon is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. I was overwhelmed and unfamiliar with the area and she basically just took the weight off my shoulders and got it done. If you are looking to buy or sell I highly recommend her. She is definitely an angel in disguise!

What a nightmare of a person to deal with. We were 1st time home buyers, in a crunch because our landlord was selling our property and we decided to purchase the property off him. Obviously I didn't want to buy my 1st home without having representation for myself. When I mentioned getting a realtor, she threatened to "list the property", she was obviously trying to bully us so she could get more commision. She was very condescending, demanding and rude. When things didn't go her way, and I got representation anyway, because I did not feel comfortable working with her, she stonewalled me and my realtor, and continously made demands against us to make it as difficult as possible. We found out she was not relaying any of our progress to my landlord for 2 1/2 weeks after we ratified the contract and started all the work of getting inspections. We found this out when my landlord issued us a letter that if we didn't close, he would give us 60 days to vacate, though we were already well into the process of purchasing the house and my lease didn't expire till the end of January. Suprisingly, after I contacted my property manager and realtor about this, and cced our lawyer in all our emails to sharon, did things actually start moving.

She wanted our landlord to kick us out, fix the place up, and sell it for more so she could get a larger commission.

This person is rude, condescending, heartless, and frankly a nightmare to work with. She will probably deny all this in an attempt to protect her reputation. Warning. Be prepared to do things her way or she will throw a massive fit and make things as difficult as possible. Thank goodness I had a good team on my side to help me manage her arrogance.
