Fantastic place to get your bike fixed, especially if you’re a novice like me. I was helped by three different volunteers (Steven, Caleb, and Travis) and they were so patient and helpful with me. I brought a POS bike back to life and I’m so grateful for their support!

4/28/24.
I was taught how to replace my cranks and pedals today and how to apply a new chain. It is lots of nuts and bolts and precise measuring. With the correct size tools, I feel confident in working on my own bikes now! I am pleased with the collective and their volunteer's positivity.

Prices are very reasonable and so far the volunteers I've met are very friendly. So far all the bikes I've seen are under $200. They really need to sell some of these so please come buy a bike. Hey help out and you can even earn some credit towards the bike.

Brought my bike in because it was shifting poorly - the volunteer helped me troubleshoot, found super cheap used parts for me to basically rehab my entire bike, and I left with my bike as good as new. Very positive environment.

Went in to get some adjustments made on my bike. Sarah was super helpful. She explained the how to of the process and worked with me to make sure it was done properly. Even when we had some hiccups and something "wasn't quite right" she helped trouble shoot and we were able to get in it perfect working order.
The folks here are super awesome and ready to help!

I tried to post once for some reason it didn’t work. Apologies if it comes up twice

Nice folks. Donated for a bicycle that was taken off the rack with a flat tire I said we should fix it, they said they would never have a bike on display with a bad tire so they just added air

A week later I was adding air again

Then I noticed the Dearlier was not set up correctly, as it clicked all the time On my way back to have that resolved it threw the chain. I donated some more money and they were good enough to help me fix my chain

Then tire wouldn’t hold air so I had to bring it back again the following week to resolve a flat tire that was flat when I got it. Nice lady helped me

Then I was on a trail being chased by a moose and the chain broke. I brought it back and I asked if I could donate the difference and try something else they said no

I just left the bike there

They claim they are a bike shop “for the people by the people” so to speak, and they claim their bikes are safe and they go through them.

it was not true for me

If you are a bike mechanic this might be a good idea. if you just want to get back into riding a bike.... I’d save your money go buy somewhere else
