A very bad experience. They had came and picked up our order from Oxford State road because they claim that they could fix it. Oxford State road called me to inform me that their printer machine was not working in the bakery. So therefore, Allie from this store came and took my order to her store along with a picture that was supposed to go on the cake for my parents 40th anniversary. Well Allie failed to inform me. That, their printer didn't work either. So when I go pick up my cake not only does it not I have nothing on it but orange icing. But when she writes happy 40th anniversary on it, it looks like a 2-year-old did it and she spelled anniversary wrong!! Great way to ruin my parents 40th anniversary. Thanks! I have the image but it won't let me share it for some reason. I definitely shared the picture under my other account. If you look at it, it's insane.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Kroger's online order service. After placing my order, it was abruptly canceled without any clear explanation or notification. To add insult to injury, I called to figure out why and the only excuse they come up with was they got overwhelmed and i was alsp informed that my refund would take 24-48 hours to process. It's 2025—how can it take this long to process a simple refund?

This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. Kroger needs to seriously improve their customer service and refund process. I expect more from a company of this size and reputation.

Out of lot of things in the fresh produce area. At 7:30 a.m. they were stalking though. Also I should get a discount if I have to bag my own groceries at the normal checkout. I had to use the normal check out because I did have a lot of groceries. It is saving you money by not having enough staff.

I called yesterday checking on a product amd they said the truck was delayed and to call back in the morning. Which I did. They said they had it and would set it aside for me. So later that day I stop in and the Customer Service Manager, some bald white guy, was being particularly rude saying he had no idea what I was talking about and asking who I called... I show him the phone number and he says without blinking that it's the Hamilton store. I try reading it to him, and he cuts me off saying it's not his store. So I drive all the way to Hamilton and when I get there the store manager says it's the number for the store I left.
So I called Schrodinger's Kroger's. A phone number in a state of superposition that both is and isn't the store I am in dependant on my state of observation.
I then call the number again and surprise surprise it was the bald man, I ask for the store manager and she just hung up on me. So I called back and addressed it with the bald man directly. He tried blaming the morning crew, I told him the morning crew didn't send me 30 minutes out of my way to Hamilton. I'm not bothered they didn't have my product, I'm livid this simpleton sent me to another store and tried to gaslight me into thinking Google Maps just had the wrong number.

Very disappointed in the Kroger quality as of late. It feels like they care more about quantity a d not quality. Just an example, I bought some of their Kroger brand Hawaiian Rolls. I was making food to take to a friend who recently lost a family member. Quick and easy sliders. I went to cut the rolls in half, and they were a gooey mess. Obviously they weren't cooked all the way thru. I thought fluke. Opened the second pack, same thing. Ultimately, my husband grabbed a couple packs from Meijer on way home, perfect.

Drove 30 minutes to pick up an order we placed and Kroger confirmed by text only to find it wasn't ready. They could get it ready if we waited an hour. No manager to be found. Finally left and called. Manager was 4th person we spoke to after 10 minutes on hold. What a joke.

Self check out they stand over you as if you’re going to steal something. My most recent experience was that they accused me of stealing tortilla shells and after reviewing my receipt it showed carb count shells the worker stood there looking at my receipt for 10 minutes then finds it on the receipt and apologized. At that point, my ice cream was melting and I was late for dinner to get home after working a 10 hour day. I also noted that a lot of the products are not ringing up to the correct sale price. You have to watch what they are scanning. Almost every time I go there I find several products that are not ringing up to the correct price. Beware of this Kroger location!

Doing an instacart order we were being helped by an amazing new checker. The girl overseeing her, Jordis, was INCREDIBLY RUDE to the checker and to us, Rolling her eyes and being snotty when the checker needed help. Her snotty attitude was unreal. The box boy, OMG, does Kroger not offer training if needed?!?! This kid, his attitude was horrible. He wanted to continue socializing with Jordis instead of working. Literally tossing products around, filling bags to the point the were tearing and gave an attitude when i asked him to use a different bag or double bag them. Had to completely re-bag everything before loading into the vehicle! The service at Kroger is NORMALLY GREAT! Today tho, those 2 people were HORRIBLE!
This experience with Kroger, makes the whole trip awful! Train your people on basic politeness & bagging
