Support3d work experience program was exciting. I got the experience but never the employment. Warning, if you don't already have some sort of support or someone to help you it will be hard to succeed in it. Find common help in your surroundings first. Network with them so that you are employed as soon as the expected work experience is over.

Excellent place to work. Very diverse staff that treats you like family. Great PTO benefits. I would highly recommend for someone who wants to work for a mission oriented organization. Youth Empowerment Services is the best department to work for, as you get to participate in many fun activities while making a difference on the lives of students.

Not worth the heartache applying, staff are uncaring, unkind, lacking compassion & incompetent. They do not try to be helpful at all.

I have applied for tanf... got accepted and a payment of one month. Had contact with my former caseworker, had everything turned in. Then everything went dark/blank/quiet...
Since I had everything turned in, I figured 'okay, everything is good, got everything sent over, maybe just wait for their call' ... regardless of what goes on or how many clients the 'former caseworker' had.. every one of his clients SHOULD have been INFORMED with a forward message that our case worker "doesn't work there anymore" ... but, instead.. I NEVER got a call, a letter, an email, or any info regarding my case WHEN I should have been given some kind of heads up, by the former caseworker SUPERVISOR.. also have a closed case ..
With the lack of communication, I think going thru DPA yourself is better than no communication at all.
I've sent emails and left voice mails with no call backs or responses..
My case closed due to their lack of communication... esp if a caseworker was "let go" .. his supervisor should have informed the clients.

I dont know why eligilbility technician Nicole Baker hates me and my family soo much! I just spent $219 on diagnostics for my car, asked her to have her manager take a look at it since i knew it was way too high for them to cover but nooo instead she shoots back an email so fast stating its out of their range. I wonder if she even uploaded it to the system.

Cook Inlet Tribal Council is an amazing HUGE resource center. The employees there are helpful, non-judgemental, and are genuinely there because they want to help people. They are patient, and have no problem walking you through and/or explaining anything they need to. I'm super grateful for this business and all the help that I've received over the years.

What's 10 minutes to close in? They still let us in, and we were able to get upstairs. Sign papers and find out more information. It was quick, they were nice.
Overall, great experience.
