Amazing beds, and even better customer service. I've had a Duxiana for many years and its the best bed around (better than Hasten in my opinion as Hastens change how they feel over years due to their use of horse hair). Ordered a new product from them which had a mix-up being shipped from Portugal, and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you Duxiana and thank you Dana for all of your excellent service!

If you want the most amazing bed you can imagine, this place has them. The beds are expensive, but worth it. The staff really knows their product and do not oversell. It was nice updating our 20 year old bed to a new one. And a minor mix-up on delivery was handled quickly and professionally.

I originally heard about Duxiana beds through a coworker, after relaying the story that my wife and I we were waking up with back pain. We had our bed for 10+ years and knew it was time to purchase a new bed so we decided to drop by and take a look at the beds at their West Hollywood store. This was our first experience with a Dux and the salespeople were very hospitable. They let us us try out each of the different bed models and explained the differences in each. Once we laid down on the beds in the store we immediately noticed the difference between the one we were on, and the one at home. It didn't take long to know that we were going to buy one.

We ended up getting the DUX Bed with the Pascal system plus top pad and have loved it since day one. One thing we have done, which our Duxiana sales rep recommended, was to rotate and flip the top pad so that it would last longer. We have been doing that every couple months and it still seems as good as new.

Since then we have also visited the San Rafael store while on vacation and the staff there was just as nice and helpful. We ended up getting some linens which are incredibly comfy.

We would definitely recommend a Dux to anyone looking to get a luxury bed.

n a word... Miserable! I want nothing more than to save you from wasting time, money and most importantly ... precious sleep. If you're considering The Dux Bed and the WeHo store. Please take the following under consideration.

In October, I purchased the Dux 3003 Mattress, almost immediately my wife and I found we could get better sleep on a plywood board. The mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and is not improving at all over time. I now suffer from AM mid-back and shoulder pain and my wife's is also in agony. Since delivery of this bed, we sleep in 1-3 hour increments, tossing and turning to try desperately to get comfortable. I have experience with Dux Beds in the past and the current lot has no similarities. Upon calling the West Hollywood store to explain my concerns and issues with the mattress and ask for some assistance, I was abruptly scoffed at and told that the mattress couldn't possibly be the source of the problem. I've configured every combination of the "Pascal Cassettes" and tried six different mattress toppers from three other manufacturers and nothing has made this bed comfortable. I sent a private FB messages to Dux NA and received absolutely no response. The owner of the WeHo Duxiana store told me I was the only customer he has ever encountered who didn't love the bed. Clearly he hasn't read the numerous Yelp reviews of people who bought into the rhetoric, only to find there's no return or exchange policy and the warranty is so limited that it only covers a mechanical spring failure. I posted on Nextdoor and found even more disappointed, angry Dux Bed customers who feel they've aren't getting the experience that Duxiana sells. I've experienced extremely dismissive treatment and unforgiving nighttime misery on an over-engineered, ill-conceived product from a company that makes great claims, but doesn't back it up with a quality product.... no trials, an abysmal warranty and representatives who could clearly give a damn about customer satisfaction. I finally gave up and will be donating this $7K mattress to charity. Let this be a warning to anyone considering Duxiana and the West Hollywood store.

Bought a Dux in New York in 2001-2003 time period. Later moved it to LA. Never had much need for customer service but when I did NY store was also solid and responsive. Lately, had some questions for LA store and bought some accessories. Felt LA people were helpful and honest. Sorry to hear about complaints but I never had any.

Terrible customer service. The bed was pretty good for about 12 months. But is sags on both sides. Duxiana just gives us the run around.
