I've been to the Colectivo in Grafton and was thrilled with their staff, food and drinks. I've been to the Colectivo in Mequon and was also pleasantly surprised to see the staff, food and drinks were excellent.

Then...after a long debate, I decided to give the Colectivo inside the General Mitchell Airport a try. So my girlfriend and I finally decided what we wanted (their menu is a bit shorter than the others at the Mequon and Grafton Colectivo's) and after ordering a regular hot cocoa, and a frappe as drinks the girl at the register replies, "I can't do that, I can only make regular tea and regular coffee right now." with no explanation as to why. Already feeling irritated that I literally can't order any drink off of their menu without it being regular tea or coffee, and irritated at this girl's attitude and tone I didn't bother asking. Instead I grabbed a Gatorade and ordered our food. The burrito I ordered wasn't terrible, but still incomparable to the other 2 Colectivo's. Also, before paying for our food and drinks, my girlfriend asked if she could use her Colectivo Loyalty card and was told, "No." Why someone can't heat up some water/milk, add cocoa powder and stir is beyond my understanding. Why the café Colectivo can't accept a Colectivo Loyalty card is absurd. I will never come here again, but I will still visit the other 2 in Mequon and Grafton.

I am at the terminal every week and look for coffee most of the time. This is the WORST operated shop. You can get coffee about 1 out of 10 visits because the expresso machine is down all the time. The girls there are always in a bad mood and don't wanna be there.
Needs new management or it has to close and bring another chain to the terminal.

Slow and unfriendly customer service. No people skills whatsoever. If you order a macchiato, you will get a small espresso with a little foam on it in a miniature cup. Terrible experience! They need to replace this with a Starbucks!

Slow service. Very rude employees that walk away from the register for minutes at a time while there's a huge line. Drink was made with way too much milk. Crazy expensive prices. Go to Starbucks instead.

I don't mind that they didn't have espresso and only served coffee, but some serious attitude from the employees for no reason. Bad experience.

The worst coffee I drank in a long time. Regular coffee may be O.K. but any other is tasteless. Especially Americano.

Coffee was excellent and drinks were out fast. Add protein to your drink if you are supplementing.
