The older woman who works there sits around and does nothing while the line wraps around the building. I'm 45 years old and she wouldn't sell me cigarettes. I don't know who owns this place, but you really should stop in sometime and see how they're running your business into the ground. I used to try to go there every Day because it was close to my work but I won't be back. Looking at the other reviews, I guess I'm not the only one that has issues with the way these people operate.

Google says there open 24/7. Doors are locked till 5am. Pumps may work but what's it matter if we need drinks? Change your hours. You're not open.

I didn’twanna give this place one star but I had to in order to upload this they tried to scam me out of $25 for gas when I went to pump nothing was coming out and they wouldn’t help me and basically told me that it was my fault and that I had to call my bank, they were extremely rude Not only to myself, but to customers behind me and in front of me, they are so super ghetto and literally this place needs to be shut down. I will tell everyone I know never to go to this place. They are nothing but scam artist and try to steal your credit card information. Be very careful unless you’re using cash but then you have to deal with the cashiers being unethical and unprofessional There’s literally no gratitude for having a job in this economy. Things are hard enough for people these days and then you have people who just don’t care about others working here it’s gross

Rudest clerk/ assistant manager Christina I’ve ever experienced. I paid for gas on at 799 Bill France location 9/28/2023. Christina threw my receipt on the floor, did not turn gas pump on. I returned inside store her comment was rude, I put my phone on speaker to my husband she said you need to get off that phone and get out my store. I asked for manager or owner information refused when I showed receipt of what I paid she looked at and threw it away, “I put it back to your card and get out my store because I’ll call police. There’s no repercussions for some of these clerks the reason for their hostility.

I go to this gas ⛽ station once a week.
I usually never give negative feedback.
But there's at least 3 gas ⛽ pumps that do NOT 🚫 work. You can't get the button's to work & they are NOT 🚫 marked "out of order". The window washing stations are always EMPTY. I have never been able to wash my windows at this gas ⛽ station & there's usually garbage 🗑️ on the ground.
Hopefully these issues can be resolved soon. Not trying to be negative just HONEST.

This store does not know the law at all..The girl at the counter this morning was rude and had no understanding of the law. When it comes to purchasing tobacco products . I Presented a valid ID from the state of Tallahassee which has all the requirements/ Credentials needed to purchase the item. Because it was not a Driving license this was a problem for her. I tried to educate her a bit on the law when it comes to identification but didn't get really far with that she just continue to be rude and disrespectful. This cashier does not understand there is more then one way to verify your identification and people around world also have more then just their driving license to verify whom they are. I was denied the purchase of my item. Then the cashier proceeded to allow another customer to purchase cigarettes without any identification .She told the customer she knew her so that's why she does not need any identification..

The lady with the lady with the colors in her hair is a sweet heart, but for the most part they are rude, take forever, and just makes it unpleasant to go there. If you don't your job Quit don't take it out on the customers if we don't come back your store don't MAKE money there for you make less than you ought i, but That's another thing.
