Staff here is hit and miss. Today, sales reps were wonderful. Last time, it wasn’t. The only thing I come back for is the Grand Pro Tennis shoes. It’s my favorite white sneakers. The only problem is it never goes on sale. Like today, almost the entire store was having 50% sale except this pair. Also, make sure the shoes are in mint condition. Sometimes I get a pair with wrinkled leather. It happened several times. I feel that because the shoes is so delicate it can easily get damaged when customers try it on. I like this shoes since it’s so light! It also has enough cushion. I can also wear it with casual outfits and dresses during summer. It was the single pair of shoes I took to Rome. It was the best option. Made my feet very happy even after walking all day.

The staff at this location is superb! I had a complicated online return/exchange/refund situation with 6 items (I over did it on Black Friday) and the employee was not only incredibly competent, but also helpful, and went out of his way to ease my concerns of being “too much”. I’ve shopped at this location a few times and each time I’ve interacted with the staff they’ve been lovely.

I have called the store 5 times regarding the product which never delivered to my house. And the manager turned into silence during our last call which I thought she was checking something but then she hung up the call without saying a word. It took me a month and I spent over 3 hours addressing this issue with them. But they just ended up not picking up my phone and not addressing the issue? I have been so polite and patient with them during the whole process which I regretted so much right now. Please give me a damn call back and give me the product I paid for.

The best part about getting shoes at Cole Haan is the AWESOME sales staff. Sometimes retail stores have pushy sales reps but I never feel pressured here. I wanted to get a new pair of shoes for my boyfriend for his birthday and he’s DEFINITELY going to like what I’ve got picked out for him with the help of Jordan! Even if you’re just window shopping feel comfortable looking around in here and checking out all of their trendy looks.

I bought a belt at cole haan yesterday and the manager was disrespectful and rude.

A nice young male sales associate was helping me and my friend pick a belt. he mentioned that the belt was at 90$ (full price) on their system. Whereas i checked the colehaan website and the same belt was for 39$ (More than 50% off). So I asked if they could price match. He called his manager (Asian Woman) and she stated that she needs to check the website to which I tried to show her my phone and the price on it - to which she rudely dismissed me and stated " our website not yours".

They finally price matched to the price on the colehaan website but she behaved like i was trying to cheat her somehow!

I will stick to buying cole haan elsewhere or online but not from the Century City Cole Haan Store after this experience.

I feel bad for the other sales associates who have to work under this woman! Terrible!!!!

The only reviews I write are positive ones, but the manager was too rude to not write something about my experience. So, here is my first negative review. My wife bought a pair of Cole Hahn shoes, (pumps) and they started to fall apart after a few months. Long story short, I went in to return or to exchange the shoes and the manager (who I won't name), was incredibly rude and unbelievably dismissive to me. That said, I did not go in with an attitude, but he certainly had one as he approached me. He didn't apologize, was not nice, absolutely zero customer service, he just kept repeating over and over again, "look at the shoes, look how worn they are, look how worn they are." Yes, they were worn, normal wear and tear, but not like he was saying. And, a $220 pair of pumps should not be falling apart in such a short period of time. Later, I was told from someone at another store in the mall that they are taught to say that, don't know if that's true, certainly seems that way.
So, I said that you repeating the same thing over and over and over again is not helping me, at this point I am still trying to resolve the situation, very uncomfortable. By the way, I remained friendly thru-out the entire exchange. Finally, he told one of the employees to do a one-time exchange, but that I could not return them again. And he, dismissively walked away from me without saying a word. I was stunned!! I don't know how he got the job as the manager? However, the young woman that did the exchange for me was extremely nice and extremely helpful as well as her other co-worker. Note to the regional manager, perhaps, she should be the manager, she has great customer service!!

Took me 33 years to try on my first pair of Cole hands's and my only regret is I wish I would've done it sooner.

Both times I have been here this year Johnathon went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect shoe.

These things are like walking on air!
